Aim: Leading teams I coach to win competitions and succeed by promoting rugby
values, developing and improving players’ skills from novice to advance level based on
nutrition, fitness, basic skills, mental strength and laws of the game; creating styles of play adapted to their age and abilities anywhere in the world.
Rugby Career Goal: Coach at a professional level in Europe or Japan.

Barbarians Down Under was a development 12-week rugby union program aimed at
U15 Brisbane North rugby union players and promoting rugby union values. It was a
plan based on five topics that influence players’ development; therefore, on their
performance: Nutrition, fitness, basic rugby skills, laws of the game and mental strength.
• Albany Creek JRFC, Brisbane - Australia
Albany Creek was an U15 team with players with different skill levels and abilities.
Creating a team culture was my main goal. By the end of the season this was strong and
helped the team to improve results compared to previous years.
• U15 Brisbane North Representative Team, Brisbane - Australia
U15 Brisbane North Representative team was a selection from the Brisbane North, in a
period of 12 weeks developed a coaching program to prepare players and improve their
ability to perform under pressure at the State Championship.

Career Highlights:
• Winining all games but one with Universidad Central de Venezuela RFC Second
Division team from 1995 to 1996. Therefore wining the Second Division National
Championship and finalist in The University Championship.
• Coaching a successful Brisbane North representative side during 2007, 2008 and
2009. Wining undefeated both the 2007 Development Carnival, and the 2008
State Championship tournaments; moreover reaching the semi finals in 2009, (14
straight victories two losses).

Most memorable rugby moment:
• Winning undefeated the 2007 Development Carnival without receiving points
against through the whole competition.
• Wining all the games of the Barbarians Down Under Paris Tour and the Disney
Paris festival in 2010

Summary of Experience:
My rugby career started in Venezuela at Universidad Central de Venezuela RFC. I
moved to Australia and played rugby with Brothers RFC till 2006. Retired as a player
that year and focused on coaching and developing players.
